Personal data – cookies
What are cookies?
A cookie is a short text file that a visited website sends to your browser. It allows the site to record information about your visit, such as login, information you provided when you registered to receive free content (your first name, last name, and email), and other settings. This may make the next visit to the site easier and more productive. Cookies are important. Without them, browsing the web would be much more complicated.
Cookies serve a variety of purposes. For example, we use them to store your safe search preferences, to select relevant ads, to monitor the number of visitors to a page, to facilitate the registration of new services, and to protect your data.
Information that cookies collect:
Using mechanisms such as browser web storage (including HTML 5) or application caching, we may collect and store information (including personal information) in your device’s local storage.
